If you are planning to frame your photo but would rather not pay the high price of custom mounting and matting, these new wood frames are an excellent alternative. High quality wood frames available in black, walnut or cherry for photos 8x10, 11x14 or 16x20. Frames are 1 5/8” wide, include acrylic and come ready to hang.

The Wooden Gallery Process is a process of saturating and mounting photos with an acrylic emulsion, resulting in a warm rich look without glass. The final product is hand textured and includes UV protection as well as protection against humidity and temperature changes. The photo comes ready to hang. The Canvas Museum Wrap is a process of printing the image on museum-quality canvas, hand-stretched to a custom-built, 1.5" thick wooden frame. Archival inks are used so it will never fade or discolor. The canvas is sprayed with a UV coating for added protection.
Why do we use acrylic rather than glass? With acrylic there is less distortion, the risk of shattered glass is eliminated and the lighter weight puts less stress on hanging hardware
